Returns & Exchanges: Damaged goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. For insurance purposes, we usually need to have some sort of photographic evidence of the damage and will also require the damaged goods and original packaging to be returned to us before we can ship a replacement to you.
Exchanges / Credit Note
Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return the goods. Please just let us know, post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below and we will gladly offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us. Our address is 92 Chevington Drive, Heaton Mersey, Stockport SK4 3RG. Please wrap the items very securely in original packaging and use insured / registered delivery, keeping the postal receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
